Straight Answers
Why is my AC running but blowing warm air?
The most common causes are a dirty filter, a failed capacitor, low refrigerant from a leak, a frozen coil or a condenser that cannot get rid of heat. Turn the system off if you see ice on the lines and give us a call - running it frozen can damage the compressor.
Should I repair my AC or replace it?
If the system is under about 10-12 years old and the repair is reasonable, repairing usually makes sense. Older systems, ones that need major parts like a compressor, or ones that keep breaking down are often better replaced. We will give you both numbers so you can decide.
How often should my AC be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in spring before the Valley heat starts. If you also run a furnace or heat pump in winter, a second check in the fall is a good idea.
Do you install ductless mini-splits?
Yes. Mini-splits are a great fit for garages, room additions, ADUs and older homes without ducts. We size the system for the space and handle the full installation.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We are available seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends.
Do you work on heating too?
Yes - gas furnaces, heat pumps and mini-splits in heat mode. One call covers the whole heating and cooling system.
